Regular Session Schedule

Extraordinary Kids sets consistent weekly session times for each family. These times are specifically reserved for the client. This arrangement allows families to plan their lives. Without worrying about appointment availability, it allows our clinicians to have stable work schedules and a strong work-life balance.

Fill-In Session Option

For families on our waitlist, we offer the option to schedule sessions on a fill-in basis based on appointment availability. While these sessions may be less consistent than the regular schedule, they allow kids to receive clinical support until a slot opens up in our Regular Session Schedule.

We understand that responsibilities change across time, so there is the option to change your child’s weekly schedule, given ample notice. We reserve the right to decline requests for schedule changes.

Attendance and Cancellations Policy

Extraordinary Kids makes every effort to work with you and your schedule. We take every possible step to ensure that appointment scheduling can go as smoothly as possible for the families we work with our practitioners. We want to continue serving our community with the highest quality of care. Consistent attendance as well as on-time arrival to sessions are required in order to maximize the therapeutic outcomes. Patients who are unable to adhere to these expectations may lose their weekly scheduled time slot(s).

Our attendance and cancellation policies are included in the intake paperwork completed when a family establishes care with us. An authorized caregiver for every patient is required to sign these policies before their child can participate in therapeutic services at Extraordinary Kids.
